Frowning at scrolling words at the top of my phone screen, I sighed. He couldn't make it, again. This guy seriously had too many commitments. Too many for his own good.

Taking out all the books I had brought along with me today, I let out yet another sigh, silently lamenting over how much there was to be done, but yet, so little time for us to accomplish what we've set out to do. Or rather, have been forced to do. With a swipe of my thumb, I unlocked the phone screen and my thumb clicked on the 'Music' application, scrolling further down, I found the playlist I had prepared for today. 'BT1' Creative, I know.

I picked up my pen and let my gaze run across all the unfamiliar chemical symbols on the page that was ruined with my incessant highlighting. Third sigh. I knew I should have paid attention during lectures.
Time ticked by slowly and two hours later, I ventured into my (almost untouched) revision package.

I can do this.

Part (a) - my pen literally danced across the paper

Part (b) - I think my pen probably just fell a few times right there

Part (c) - my pen died

Shaking my pen in annoyance, I stared at my workings, searching for a careless mistake I knew I was bound to have SOMEWHERE. I bit the cap of my pen, not like it'll help, but there was no one else I could vent my anger on.

"Where's that bloody careless mistake?" I whispered under my breathe, when my head was tilted to one side with force by someone's finger. That thin piece of thread I had been hanging onto snapped. Which imbecile was that?

"You're supposed to square root the Ksp value, idiot." His familiar voice travelled into my ears and my heart skipped a beat before my pulse started to vibrate in my ears, and my heartbeat irregular like the flapping of hummingbird wings.

"Why are you here?"

"Well, am I forbidden to go to where my heart takes me to?"

I blushed a million shades of red before returning to staring at my partially illegible handwriting to avoid his intent gaze.

Well... maybe just another peek.

I lifted my head a little to find him already seated opposite me.

"Let's get down to business, shall we?"
